Each month YPS liaises with the captain to review the crew situation on board and update the crew leave records. The monthly payroll is then prepared to reflect any changes, additions and deductions.
At the end of the calendar month, salaries are promptly disbursed to crew members’ accounts followed by detailed electronic payslips, providing a clear breakdown of their salary payments.
Leave balances are meticulously tracked, updated monthly, and displayed on each payslip for transparency.
YPS keeps up to date, true and correct accounts and records in respect of each crew member and all transactions.

In addition, YPS oversees the entire contract closure process. This includes issuing notice and release letters, as well as accurately calculating severance pay, ensuring a smooth conclusion to each employment agreement.
